****06/26/2023: Amendment�2091JB-23-Q-00006 P00001 is being issued to make changes to solicitataion and provide answers to vendor questions. Please see updated documents for information**** The Ogden Service Center has not been updated for at least 20 years. Due to age and wear, a carpet and paint refresh is needed for the Facilities Management Office, FMSS, as well as the Training Complex. THIS IS 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE IAW 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside, under the following: NAICS CODE: 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. As further detailed in the Statement of Work, the Internal Revenue Service has a requirement for carpet and paint refresh in the following location: IRS Ogden Main Building 1160 W 1200 S Ogden, UT 84404 Due Dates and Submissions: In Accordance with 52.236-27 herein, a site visit will be held. To attend site visit, please e-mail Contracting Officer Ms. Libertad Macias at Libertad.macias@irs.gov. Please provide your company name and the name of attendant by Tuesday June 20, 2023. Site Visit will be held on Thursday June 22, 2023, from 10:00am � 11:00am. Prior approval to attend is needed. Questions following the site visit may be submitted to Ms. Libertad Macias at Libertad.macias@irs.gov by Friday June 23, 2023. All responses to questions submitted will be posted publicly on SAM.GOV by Monday June 26, 2023. A quote conforming to the requirements shall be submitted via email to Contracting Officer, Ms. Libertad Macias at Libertad.macias@irs.gov on or before the closing date of 08:00 A.M MDT on July 3, 2023 Instructions: Send dated quote to Contracting Officer, Libertad Macias at libertad.macias@irs.gov, by 8:00 AM MDT on July 3, 2023.
