Description

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, has a requirement for the procurement and delivery of LP Gas to St. Charles, MO in accordance with the specifications and all solicitation documents including all referenced documentation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation W911SA23Q1019 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services as supplemented by the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and the Army Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFARS). The resultant contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price, single award Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The anticipated period of performance is 15 July 2023 � 14 July 2025 or subsequent date. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 324110, Petroleum Refineries, with a small business size standard of 1,500 employees. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
