Description: BASIS OF AWARD The Government intends to award one (1) contract for the Midwest District Shrine Program. The Government intends to award a Base contract for a period of performance of three hundred sixty-five (365) calendar days and to execute any or a combination of all options within the Base contract three hundred sixty-five (365) calendar day period of performance. The respective option(s) period of performance will be established at the time the option(s) is executed via Contract Modification, prior to the expiration of the Base contract period of performance, and in no instance exceed a period of performance of three hundred sixty-five (365) calendar day for the total executed option(s) period. To prepare for such possibility, the Contractor s proposal should contain the bidder s best terms from both a price and a technical standpoint to cover the base contract period and any/all option periods. However, based on price and other considerations, the Government reserves the right to not award a contract or any options. The Government also reserves the right to award without discussions to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder that represents the best value to the Government.
