- SYSMEX AMERICA INC HEMATOLOGY ANALYZER�SERVICE AGREEMENT This announcement constitutes a Notice of Proposed Contract Action. DHA Central Markets � Contracting Division (CM-CD) intends to award a task order for SYSMEX AMERICA INC HEMATOLOGY ANALYZER SERVICE AGREEMENT. DHA CM-CD intends to purchase a service and equipment agreement that provides a new XN-450 hematology analyzer with all reagents, control and calibration materials as required to perform full services. The XN-450 analyzer meets all the technical requirements of providing an automated blood bank analyzer that can perform laboratory testing and connect to the lab information system.�This action is a new contract action and will result in a firm-fixed-price task order using Other than Full and Open Competition prescribed by FAR 8.405-6(a)(11)(B). This action will result in the award of a commercial task order. The proposed contract action for this requirement will be a LIMITED SOURCE to the following Contractor: Sysmex America, Inc 577 Aptakisic Road Lincolnshire, IL� 60069 CAGE Code: 09MC6
