Description: This is a notice to Industry that the solicitation number for the AITEL contract in support of the 160th Signal Brigade has changed from W91RUS22R0057 (Old) and W91RUS23R0008 (Old ) to W91RUS24R0001 (New). �All future business regarding AITEL will be conducted under W91RUS24R0001. The solicitation will be processed through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE)/ solicitation module. � The solicitation will be full and open and utilize the competitive procedures described in FAR Part 15. A single �C� type contract will be awarded without discussions. Period of Performance includes: Phase In/Phase-Out: 2 months Base Period:10 months Option One: for 12 months Option Two: for 12 months Option Three: for 12 months Option Four: for 12 months Option to Extend Services IAW 52.217-8 for six months �It is anticipated that the contract Award will be made based on the best value, overall trade-off proposal that is determined to be the most beneficial to the Government, with appropriate consideration given to the evaluation factors of Mission Support, Past Performance, and Cost. �Historical CLIN structure is as follows: Labor (CPFF) Defense Based Act (DBA) Insurance (Cost) Overtime/callout (CPFF) ODCs Materials (Cost) ODCs Non-Materials (Cost) ODCs Travel, Training and Per Diem (Cost) ODC Housing (Cost) ODCs Leased Vehicles (Cost) Services Reporting (Cost) The current services are performed under contract W91RUS-17-C-044, which expires on 31 May 2024.� Industry will receive notice at least 15 days prior to release of the solicitation. Industry will have at least 30 days to develop a proposal. �The solicitation will be processed through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE)/ solicitation module. �
