- This requirement is to provide ARMOR, TRANSPARENT VEHICULAR WINDOW for the humvees.�This contract is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with fixed pricing and the solicitation is for a 3-year base period and two 1-year option periods that may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The total contract period will be five years, if the two options are exercised. Annual�price adjustments via an escalation factor for a total contract period not to�exceed five (5) years.
