Description

The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) (Quantico, VA) intends to award a sole source contract to National Contract Management Association (NCMA) (21740 Beaumeade Circle, Suite 125, Ashburn, VA 20147) for 400 organizational memberships. These memberships are needed to foster the professional growth and educational advancement of the contracting competency. This action falls under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR),�and a supporting Justification and Approval is attached to this notice. As a result of market research, and in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), National Contract Management Association is deemed the only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Required Delivery: 28 June 2023 The applicable NAICS code is 831920, Professional Organizations, with a size standard of $23,500,000. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; no solicitation is forthcoming. Any party interested in submitting questions or concerns regarding this notice or the Government�s intent to sole source may contact the Contract Specialist, Wolfgang Troth, at wolfgang.troth@usmc.mil with a courtesy copy to Sean Aldo at sean.aldo@usmc.mil by 28 June 2023, 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time, no later than one day after this announcement. MARCORSYSCOM will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
