- Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Defense Health Agency intends to negotiate on a sole source basis (IAW FAR 13.501(a)), Only One Responsible Source. The proposed source is BLUE TECH, INC.�is the only source that can provide new podium and all its components podium software services. Blue Tech is an authorized distributor of the manufacturer Creston equipment and of all the items listed on the requirement for Podium software service. The objective of this sole source award for Naval Medical Center San Diego. The podium requested is custom made to encase specialized computer hardware and to meet the technology that has been added to the Conference Room recently IAW the SOW. CLIN 0001: Podium Replacement software service include the following: 8x8 4K60 4:4:4 HDR AV Switcher, Digital Graphics Engine 100, Digital Graphics Engine 200 w/PinPoint UX & 4K DM 8G+ Input, Control Port Expansion Module, 15.6-INC WID LC MONITOR FUL HD PROJECTE CAPACITIV 10-TOUCH US CONTROLLER ANTI-GLARE ZERO-BEZEL, Elo Wall mount, Dell 22 Monitor, Desk Dual Monitor Mount, Model 4509 USB 3.0 A/B Switch, RS232 Remote, 6 ft High Speed HDMI Cable, Rackmount Power Strip, Custom Installation, Large surface for laptops and documents. Pull out keyboard tray and large Pullou, Precision 3460 SFF. There are not set-aside restrictions for this requirement. The intended procurement will be classified under North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541519, the business size standard is 34 (million dollars). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice will need to submit technical data sufficient to determine capability in providing the same product. All capability statements received by the closing date of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
