- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HT942523Q0093. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-78 are incorporated. It is the contractors responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at https://www.acquisition.gov/. This is a total small business set-aside and the NAICS code is 334220. All qualified vendors are encouraged to submit a quote. The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) on behalf of the United States Army Medical Research Institute of Environmental Medicine (USARIEM) requests quotes from qualified sources capable of providing a cellular repeater solution in accordance with the Request for Quote.
