6/27/2023 Please note: Due to meeting conflict,� the 2nd site visit is schedule for June 29 @ 11AM 6/23/2023 Please sumit� �technical propopsal and price proposal as 2 separate documents.��Please address our decription of work in the SOW as much in detail and specific as possible� as your technical proposal.� The 2nd site visit is scheduled for June 29 @10:30am.� Please fill out the Policy check form and send to CO by� COB on June 28, so you can visit the site.�� On the PPS, we want the Past Performance of the PRIME contractor, NOT subcontractor.� .�This RFP is extended to July 7, 2923 Q$A Vs 6-22-2023� was posted.� Please see Q&Q Vs 6-21-2023,� ,� 6/20/2023 PLease see Q&A vs 6-20-2023 6/13/2023 This RFP extend to 6/23/2023. 6/12/2023 Please call Glen Catrow @�304-616-4216 when you are at the building for site visit.�� 6/8/2023 Please fill out Police Check Inquiry form and return to CO by Monday 6/12� @12 noon. .� This will allow you to visit the site.�� if you do not have this form filled out and return, you will not be allowed to vist the site.� 6/7/2023 See Qestions and Answers Vs 6-7-2023 6/6/2023 This will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.� �This RFP is for the HubZone only.�� The site visit date is June 13th at 10am� at the performace place is 6000 Amendale� Beltsville, MD 20705.� There will be no makeup date if you miss this.�� Please see attached SOW, SF1449, Pricing Table and Past Performance Survey (PPS) .� Send 3 PPs to your clients, have them fill out and send back directly to Contracting Officer.�
