- 27 June 2023: Adding�Pre-Bid Sign-in Sheet HVAC 27Jun23_Redacted and�Site Visit Slides Basewide HVAC Repairs Basewide HVAC Repairs NAICS Code: 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning� The Tulsa ANG, Oklahoma is issuing an invitation for Bids to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the repair of multiple HVAC Systems on Tulsa ANG base . The work will consist of HVAC Controls, replacement of 3 AHU�s, 2 Condensing Units and Pump Replacement. There is optional work for valve replacement on 70 VAV�s. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 238220, with a size standard of $19M. The magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. ""Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available prior to but not later than 30 Sep 2023. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list award if funds become available and the prices received are within an aw ardable range.""
