- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and using the procedures of FAR Part 13--Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W81K00-23- Q-0116 and it is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only RFQ that will be posted. A separate written solicitation document will be not be issued. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20220623. This solicitation is for maintenance to Sysmex Analyzer blood equipment located at William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC), Fort Bliss, Texas. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811210 with a size standard of $34,000,000. This acquisition is conducted as a full and open competition. All eligible businesses may submit an offer, which will be considered. Solicitation incorporates by reference FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 & 52.212-5 are attached. Addenda are attached. The Point of Contact (POC) for this RFQ is Contract Specialist: Fabiola Palma-Trujillo. Offers and Questions shall be submitted to the POC via e-mail at Fabiola.palma-trujillo.civ@health.mil Quoters shall reference the following FAR Provisions and their Addendums to prepare and submit their offer: FAR Provision 52.212-1-Instructions to Offerors�Commercial Items and its Addendum; and, FAR Provision 52.212-2 Evaluation�Commercial Items and its Addendum. Offers are due on or before 5 July 2023 01:00 PM Mountain Time. Offers received after this date and time will be considered untimely and not eligible for award. Questions shall be submitted via email not later than 29 June 2023, 1:00 PM Mountain Time.
