- LETTER OF INTENT Emergency Management Simulation (Sand) Table � Beale AFB, CA The 9th Contracting Squadron at Beale Air Force Base California INTENDS TO ORALLY SOLICIT AND NEGOTIATE WITH ONLY ONE SOURCE to Simtable.Com LLC, IAW FAR 5.101(a)(1) and FAR 5.203(a). This memorandum serves to notify all parties of the proposed synopsized contract action. This is not a Request for Quote; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.� � The Statement of Need (SON) is attached to this notice. NAICS: 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services PSC: N042, Installation of Equipment � Fire Fighting, Rescue, & Safety Equipment; Environmental������������ Under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), the Government intends to award as a Single Source to SimTable.Com, LLC, in the amount of $91,480 based upon the determination that only one source is reasonably available due to exclusive licensing agreements on proprietary equipment and data. The Government estimates the award will be made on or around July 6, 2023, and requires delivery and install of the equipment to be: Delivery/Install: 90 Days from Award Place of Performance: 9 CEX, Beale AFB, CA No set-aside will be used. This procurement may be awarded on an unrestricted basis.
