- Description
- Update adds Amendment 0001 Performance Work Statement that has been revised. Changes have been marked in red. The General Services Administration is in need of an appraisal report. The purpose of the appraisal is to estimate the Fair Market Value and Disposition Value of the fee simple interest of the subject property. The value estimates are to be based on the property�s highest and best use. The Disposition Value should be based on a 2-3 month marketing time and shall be submitted by separate letter. The subject property is three of the five remaining Missile Alert Facilities, that are part of the FE Warren Air Force Base, are the subject of this appraisal assignment. The law directs GSA to offer the adjacent landowner first right of refusal before proceeding with further disposal actions. GSA is also required by this law to convey the property for �Fair Market Value,� which must be determined by (at minimum) a State Certified Contract Appraiser whose appraisal is reviewed by a State Certified GSA appraiser.
