- Page 2 of 2 The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to issue RFQ 36C25224Q0002 for Unarmed Security Guard Services for Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Northeast Wisconsin Ambulatory Care Clinics (Milo C. Huempfner Green Bay VA HCC, John H. Bradley Appleton VA CBOC (Buildings 1 and 2) and Cleveland VA CBOC). This firm-fixed price solicitation is being set aside for SDVOSB contractors and is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the corresponding NAICS Code is 561612. Please see RFQ solicitation document 36C25224Q0002 when posted on betaSAM for requirements. Offerors are to follow the instructions in RFQ document 36C25224Q0002. An itemized quote as well as sufficient technical supporting documentation is mandatory.
