- The VA is issuing this RFP for the anticipated purpose of entering into an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for the provision of services for the Survey of Health Experiences of Patients (SHEP) Program IAW this solicitation and all attachments. Further details can be found in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Attachment A Solicitation Amendment - 36C77622R0126 0003 The purpose of this amendment is to clarify and add additional information regarding prime vendor requirements for FedRAMP and the ATO. What the government is requesting is a proposed information system solution that has, or will obtain, FedRAMP authorization status before our December deadline. An offeror will need a FedRAMP authorized service offering in order to obtain an Agency ATO. The proposed information system solution must also remain authorized during contract performance. The proposed solution can utilize a subcontractor s approach to fulfill the FedRAMP and ATO requirements. If the subcontractor were to change during the life of the contract, the replacement subcontractor must utilize a solution that meets FedRAMP authorization and ATO requirements.
