- Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 09), on behalf of the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 9 has a requirement for Fire Door Inspections and Survey services for the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System (TVHS) Nashville and Murfreesboro Campuses. NCO9 contemplates awarding a Firm Fixed Price Base year plus four (4) option year contract. This solicitation will be set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) only.
