Description: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation and personnel necessary to perform a Gas Leak Detection Survey on approximately 100,000 linear feet (LF) of natural gas distribution systems at Offutt AFB, Nebraska (OAFB).� The contractor shall identify, report and record all leak locations and perform work in a manner that complies with all federal, state, regional and local laws and regulations for leak detection surveys and reporting services.�
