- Bid Abstract for bid opening on 26 June 2023. The Saginaw River is located within the Great Lakes Basin and the dredging of the river is the main purpose of the requirement. The ditch digging and vegetation clearing at the Saginaw Bay CDF is necessary to ensure the proper drainage of water and to maintain proper capacity in the placement cells. The stone placement at the offloading platform is also incidental and appropriate to ensure safe access to the site. Additionally, mowing the dike crests and side slopes at the CDF and DMDF are necessary to allow access to the sites and for site safety. This project contains three (3) options which may be exercise anytime during the base period of performance and will have a period of performance concurrent with the base once exercised.
