- BLM-CO Sand Gulch Campground Expansion - Amend 1 The purpose of this amendment to the presolicitation announcement is to publish the pre-bid site tour date. A hosted site tour has been scheduled for 10 July at 10:00 AM. This is a pre-solicitation announcement for a soon to be released solicitation for a campground expansion project located at the Bureau of Land Management Sand Gulch Campground near Canon City, Colorado. Sand Gulch Campground is 13.5 miles North of Canon City on County Road 9. No quotes, bids or proposals are being accepted at this time. Web Site: https://www.blm.gov/visit/sand-gulch-campground Period of Performance: Aug - Dec 2023 Rough Order of Magnitude - Between $250,000 and $500,000. Pre-Bid Site Visit: 10 July 2023 10:00 AM Basic Contracting Requirements: 1. Active Registration - www.sam.gov - check it now please.
