This solicitation is for the following Bid Items, please respond by specified date and time for consideration; BID ITEMS SAINT LOUIS JOHN COCHRAN PROJECT 657-18-115JC FCA Replace Various Air Handling Units and Variable Air Volume Units CLIN 001 I, GENERAL CONSTRUCTION: BASE BID: Requires a Construction Contractor to replace various Air Handling Units and Variable Air Volume Units on several different floors in the main hospital, Building 1. Work includes, but not limited to, coordination of the disconnection and removal of existing AHUs and VAVs, coordination of the reconnection and placement of new AHUs and VAVs, maintain existing HVAC requirements in occupied spaces during the removal and replacement of AHUs and VAVs, abate hazardous materials, and finishing the space for patient care. The above work and other project requirements are defined by the Specifications and Drawings. (Period of Performance 550 days) $________________ CLIN 002, DEDUCTIVE ALTERNATE NO.1: All work in BASE BID except for corridors on 6 North, 7 North, and 7 South.
