- (i) This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) (ii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01. (iii) This procurement is set aside for total small business The NAICS code is 236220 and the Small Business Size Standard is $39.5 million dollars. Install new chiller and HVAC components and integrate with existing Johnson Controls at the Durham lab, a two-story laboratory and office building with approximately 70 occupants and 24 HVAC zones. Refer to the Statement of Work.
