- Draft solicitation and supporting documents are being provided for comment.� The USG intends to award an IDIQ contract to a single contractor who will be required to procure the identified spare parts. �This may include parts from a variety of sources. �Only newly manufactured or aftermarket parts with condition codes of factory new, new stock, or new surplus should be procured. �The contractor shall provide documentation of traceability for any aftermarket parts procured.
