- This is a draft solicitation for the Repair of TF 33 3rd and 4th Stage Turbine Blade Sets. This is small business set aside to Qualified Sources. The Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC/PZAAA) at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma reserves the right to apply Delivery Protection Plan proceedures for the firm fixed price acquisition of aforementioned service. Questions will be accepted on or before the closing date, 4:00pm, June 27, 2023. Qualification Requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. To be eligible for contract award, the offeror must be an approved source IAW FAR 52.209-1, Qualification Requirements. The Government is not required to delay contract award to review pending Source Approval Requests (SARs).� For Questions regarding the Tinker SAR Process or related issues, these inquiries should be submitted to the AFSC Small Business Office at: AFSC/SB 3001 Staff Drive, Suite 1AG 85A Tinker AFB, OK 73145-3009 Email: afsc.sb.workflow@us.af.mil Website:�https://www.afsc.af.mil/units/sbo/index.asp . The actual SAR Package submission itself shall be submitted electronically through DoD SAFE�https://safe.apps.mil/.�DoD SAFE is a safe and secure option for large file submissions. If you have a PKI Certificate, the SAR can be sent directly to the POC email addresses below via DoD SAFE.
