- The purposes of this Amendment 0001to Solicitation SPRDL1-23-R-0015 is to extend the closing date and update Narrative I.2. 1. Solicitation SPRDL1-23-R-0015 closing date will be extended from 19 Apr 2023 through 19 May 2023. 2. Narrative I.2, Separately Priced Option for Increased Quantity, has been updated to show that the Option may be exercised by the Government within 365 days of the contract award. 3.
