Luke Air Force Base intends to issue a firm-fixed-price contract for�Semi-Permanent and Mobile Dock Ramps. This notice does not commit the Government to a contract and at the time of this notice the requirement is unfunded. It is the Government's intent to post the solicitation within 7 days after this notice is expired. This is a brand name or equal requirement, and any proposal that meets the characteristics listed in the attached Salient Characteristics document will be considered.
