- Please note correction to site visit.� Date should read Wednesday, 12 July 2023 at 11:00am CST This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commodity prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301623Q0080 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 and DFARS change notice 6/9/2023. This purchase is being solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside. This NAICS code is 238390 and the size standard is $19 million. This requirement is for Modular Office Space at Building 5423, Camp Bullis, TX as stated below and in accordance with Attachment 1 � SOW for Modular Office Space BLDG 5423 and Attachment 2 � Modular Office Space Layout 5423. Please respond to this RFQ by emailing your responses to: Jack Caniglia (Primary Contact) at jack.caniglia.3@us.af.mil no later than 12:00 A.M. CST, 24 July 2023 � Monday (or sooner if possible) in order to be considered timely. Any and all questions will be due by 10:00am. CST, 17 July 2023 � Monday using the attached Questions and Answers document. Site Visit: Wednesday, 12 July 2023, at 11:00 am (CST) upon request. A site visit is not required for this solicitation. If a vendor requests a site visit, please submit the information listed below to Jack Caniglia (jack.caniglia.3@us.af.mil) no later than 1pm CST on Wednesday, 5 July 2023 (No requests will be accepted after this time/date). JBSA Lackland Security Office Address: Lackland AFB LUKE GATE Visitor Center 2602 Luke Blvd Lackland AFB, TX 78236 After obtaining your Base Passes, all attending vendors must meet at the AAFES Exchange Shoppette Parking Lot located at Camp Bullis at 11am before heading to the location. AAFES Exchange Shoppette Address (Must type in AAFES Exchange Shoppette) when using Google Maps: 5130 Wilkerson Rd San Antonio, TX 78257 Please Note: Please give yourself plenty of time to obtain your Base Passes at the Lackland Security Office before heading to Camp Bullis. The drive from Lackland AFB to Camp Bullis is between 30 to 35 minutes and the average wait times at the Security Office can range from minutes to hours pending a traffic flow. �
