- Amendment to Solicitation # 36C25623Q1232 is hereby issued to respond to questions regarding notice and to update number 2.7 in the Statement of Work (SOW). Please see below Q&A in reference to solicitation # 36C25623Q1232 for universal sterilization containers: Do you require fully reusable containers? Yes Information to be added to # 2.7 in SOW- Containers provided shall meet FDA sterilization standards Guidance for Industry (fda.gov) CFR - Code of Federal Regulations Title 21 (fda.gov) FDA-cleared sterilization containers for use in sterilization methods including PreVac Terminal, PreVac IUSS, Gravity Steam, EtO, and STERRAD, STERIS, and STERIZONE low-temperature FDA-cleared Steam sterilization dry time of 15 Minutes for items stored for later utilization ensuring the Med Center can process sets faster for surgical procedures and enhanced efficiencies Orthopedic preconfigured tray validations with the leading orthopedic/spine/specialty instrument manufacturers ensuring more sets can be converted from blue wrap to containers. Also ensures no holes in wrap, less waste, fewer case delays, and optimal efficiencies All other terms and conditions remain unchanged
