- The Molecular Foundry at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory is a Department of Energy funded nanoscience research facility that provides users from around the world with access to cutting-edge expertise and instrumentation in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. It is open to any interested researcher through a competitive peer-reviewed proposal process, free of charge for users who intend to publish their results. Funding has been made available for the acquisition of several new FIB and SEM instruments to expand the Foundry�s technical capabilities and user offerings.
