This update provides the remaining answers to Industry Questions and updated versions of the attachments/technical documents for the Multi Engine Training System (METS) Ground Based Training System (GBTS) RFP as listed below: 1. Statement of Work (SOW) 2. Specification 3. Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) set . One or more of the technical documents listed above constitutes controlled unclassified information (CUI), is export controlled, or both. Therefore, to receive this CUI, a respondent must have a current certification from the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP). Any requests for access to the technical documents associated with this procurement must be via e-mail to the PCO, Maria D. Maldonado. Her e-mail address is maria.d.maldonado20.civ@us.navy.mil.
