- DISCLAIMER: This is a sources sought notice for Market Research purposes ONLY.� This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid.� This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government.� Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement.� No funds are available to pay for preparation of responses to this announcement.� Any information submitted by respondents to this technical description is strictly voluntary. �This information will be used to determine the availability of contractors capable of meeting the Government�s minimum requirements.� Telephone calls will not be accepted.� Any questions regarding this notice shall be submitted in writing.� Product Service Code (PSC): U008 - Specialized Educational Services OCC: 25.2 - Advisory and Assistance Services North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 611430 � Professional and Management Development Training Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) is seeking sources to determine the availability of vendors that are capable of providing web based, on-demand video training on every aspect needed to run an airport: including but not limited to operations, maintenance, security, customer service, and human resources to Airfield Management (AFM) personnel for at nine (9) Naval Air Stations as described in the DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) provided as an attachment.� A single firm fixed price (FFP) contract is anticipated with a one (1) year base period and four (1) year option periods. Submission Requirements:� Interested sources are invited to respond to this sources sought announcement by submitting the following: Contractor Information. Please provide the following: Company name Company address Point of Contact name, phone number, and email CAGE code and UE ID number NAICS Codes and Size of business associated - Large Business or Small Business.� If a small business, please provide the socioeconomic status (veteran-owned, woman-owned, etc.) If the services can be solicited from a General Services Administration (GSA) schedule contract vehicle or Open market. Capability Statement - A description of the capability, resources, technical competencies and organizational experience relative to the key task areas.� Standard brochures and/or paraphrasing of the Draft PWS will not be considered sufficient to demonstrate the capabilities of an interested party. Describe your capability to self-perform this requirement Describe your resources to self-perform this requirement Describe your technical competencies to self-perform this requirement Describe any relative or recent experience in relation to this requirement performed as the prime vendor and provide the contract number.
