- *** Seeking Sources*** The BLM, NCMD, Lewistown Field Office is seeking to procure services to remove debris currently obstructing a spillway pipe on Drag Reservoir, approximately 38 miles north of Winnett, MT in Petroleum County, area as depicted in the drawings and in accordance with attached Statement of Work (SOW). No site tour is scheduled for this project. Period of Performance is 07/03/2023 to 09/30/2023. Contractor will have until 09/30/2023 to complete work.
