- *************** ATROMS PROPOSALS ARE DUE 18 JUL 23 **************** ������������������������� ****** THIS IS NOT A TYPO ******** ���������� **** PLEASE TAKE HEED AND PLAN ACCORDINGLY ***** ����������������� ***** QUESTIONS ARE DUE NLT 10 JUL 23 ***** U.S. Army Contracting Command - Orlando (ACC-ORL) and the Program Office for Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) have a requirement to procure Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS) maintenance and range operations training support services, in support of the US Army Central (USARCENT) mission in Kuwait and other locations within the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR). The ARCENT TADSS and Range Operations Maintenance Services (ATROMS) contractor will provide technical expertise, instruction, operation, maintenance, and life-cycle support of numerous Live, Virtual and Constructive (LVC) TADSS, training ranges, equipment, and facilities. The Contractor will provide training support services across the following USARCENT established resource sets, including the USARCENT Readiness Training Center (ARTC), Udairi Range Complex (URC) and the Training Support Center (TSC) at Camp Buehring and Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. The training provided is essential for the Armor Brigade Combat Team (ABCT), Security Forces (SECFOR), Combat Aviation Brigade (CAB), and other USARCENT specified units, to prepare units, leaders, and Soldiers for Multi-Domain Operations (MDO)/ Unified Land Operations (ULO).� ATROMS will be competed on a full and open basis as a stand-alone, C-Type contract, inclusive of a five (5) year period of performance, consisting of a 90-day Phase-In Period, 9-Month Base Year, followed by four (4) 12-month option periods.
