Description: The Naval Special Warfare Command has awarded a non-personal services support contract for toll transponders and related toll charges in the Virginia area to the Virginia Department of Transportation. The contract action is for commercial services in which the Government solicited and negotiated with only one source under authority FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Virginia Department of Transportation is the only known entity who can provide for the EZ pass toll services and automated transponders for NSWC. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 485113, which has a size standard of $16.5M.
