See Amendment 0001 which extends the offer due date.� Acknowledgment of Amendment 0001 is required. All offers must include the following documents: Signed SF 1449 with pricing for each CLIN Signed Amendment 001 Technical proposal not to exceed 3 pages *********************************************************************************************************************** Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY&IMF) is seeking a contractor to provide inspection, maintenance and repair of radiographic equipment for Code 135�s Non-Destructive Testing Lab.� The contractor shall inspect 2 ea. Comet MXR-320/26 X-Ray systems (1 cabinet and 1 stand-alone) semiannually.� The contractor shall conduct a complete system test of the X-Ray system to include run up to the fully rated output.�Additional details and specifications can be found in the attached solicitation.
