Description: EPA requires three conversion (upfit) kits to be installed into Government Owned Vehicles (GOV), a total quantity of three vehicles based upon on Mercedes Sprinter van (Government Owned Vehicle provided as GFE). The conversion kits are configured to support EPA�s Mobile Air Monitoring (MAM) mission requirements. The objective of the upfit kit acquisition is to solicit, evaluate, and place the order for conversion.�The delivery location for the GOVs will be modified to the selected supplier.
