SOLICITATION Please submit Solicitation by response date of 28 July 2023. 1.�The attached request for quotation (RFQ) is a total small business set-aside and will result in a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order for�the supply identified below: � � �REQUIREMENT � � �NOUN:�Bellows Protection; Compressor Unit � � �NSN:�5340-01-537-4329; 4310-01-537-1795 � � �PART NO.:�10083883; 30295-1255 � � �PRODUCTION QUANTITY: 7�EA; 6 EA � � �OPTION QUANTITY:�n/a � � �UNIT OF ISSUE:�Each (EA) � � �FIRST ARTICLE TEST & REPORT:�Not�Required � � �PRODUCTION LOT TESTING:�Not�Required � � �SURVEILLANCE CRITICALITY DESIGNATOR: B 2. There isnt a Technical Data Package (TDP) associated with this procurement. The item is sole sourced to Chemring, both items listed is designed specifically for the JBPDS.� There is no commercial need for this item. 3. Military preservation, packing, and marking are required and shall be accomplished in accordance with Section D of the RFQ, all applicable requirements of MIL-STD-2073-1, and the Special Packaging Instruction (SPI). 4.
