- This Sources Sought (SS) is issued solely for information and planning purposes only and is not a Request for Proposals or Request for Quotes (RFP or RFQ) or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any services. Responses to this SS are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government reserves the right to determine how it should proceed as a result of this notice. Furthermore, those who respond to this SS should not anticipate feeback with regard to its submissin. The Government will not pay any cost incurred in response to this SS. All costs associated with responding to this SS will be solely at the responding party's expense. The information provided in this SS posting is subject to change and is not binding on the Governemnt. The Watervliet Arsenal is seeking information regarding the provision of college instruction that will lead to an Associate's Degree in Manufacuting Technology Science. Please carefully review the Draft SOW and respond according to the directions following stated below: SS Responses should include the following: 1. Contact information; a. Name of Institution b. POC (business title; email address; phone number) c. DUNS number 2. Letter/Statement of Interest; 3. Proof of Accreditatation; 4. Optional letters of Recommendation and Optional Performance Documents. Do NOT include the following in the response: 1. Do NOT submit formal proposals or offers; 2. Do not submit requests to be considered for award or to be notified of a future solicitaiton; 3. Do not submit requests to be added to a mailing or distribution list; 4. Do not submit questions or comments not related to the SS; 5. Do not respond via telephone. �
