Description

The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA), intends to solicit and award a firm fixed price (FFP) contract with IPRO TECH, LLC, 1700 N DESERT DR STE 101, TEMPE, AZ 85281-1228, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The EOUSA anticipates award of a contract, on a sole source basis, to Ipro Tech, LLC.� to obtain licenses for the United States Attorney�s Office(USAO) personnel to access and utilize Ipro eDiscovery software to manage and access electronically stored information(ESI) �including eScan-IT, Eclipse SE, Trial Director, among other applications included in the suite of products. �The USAOs require a suite of tools that can process paper and electronic files, images, and existing load files in a robust suite of discovery applications that combine paper imaging and electronic processing capabilities.� The estimated period of performance is of one (1) base year and two (2) option years. (see attached Sole Source Justification and Approval). This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A Request for Quote will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this solicitation is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within fourteen(14) days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. Information in response to this notice may be sent to Terri Long-Miller, Contracting Officer, at terri.long-miller@usdoj.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Telephonic questions or requests are strongly discouraged.
