THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE � THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT�S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD TO QUANTUM TECHNOLOGIES, INC FOR COURTROOM TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT SERVICES. The United States Department of Defense (DoD), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Services (WHS/AD), on behalf of The Office of Military Commissions (OMC) intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to Quantum Technologies, Inc (991 Discovery DR NW, Huntsville, AL 35806-2811) for Courtroom Technology Support Services. OMC requires Courtroom Technology Support Services to operate, maintain, and conduct upgrades to the courtroom technology installed at OMC courtrooms at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay (NSGB), Cuba, and Arlington, Virginia. The period of performance is estimated to be for a 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. � The anticipated award will be made under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by FAR 13.501 Special Documentation Requirements. Quantum Technologies, Inc. provided the existing technical infrastructure and network support for OMC. Continuation of the required support must integrate with the existing technology infrastructure and network. Due to Quantum Technologies, Inc proprietary techniques they are the only contractor that can support this effort. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to this notice via email to whs.mc-alex.ad.mbx.ks@mail.mil, with a file size less than 5MB, Subject Line: Response to NOI SY062320230100, no later than 10:00 am EST, July 7, 2023.� All information submitted should support the offerors capability to provide the services required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. The Government reserves the right to cancel the Sole Source Award. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 517810 - All Other Telecommunications with a Small business size standard $40 Million.
