- This Justification For An Exception To Fair Opportunity (JEFO) only applies to vendors under the AAR MAC N00421-21-D-0033 and N00421-21-D-0034. This announcement is not a contract, request for proposal, a promise to contract, or a commitment of any kind on the part of the Government. In accordance with FAR 16.505 (b)(2)(ii)(D), the justification and approval for an exception to fair opportunity is being posted as a Special Notice for an Air to Air Refueling Task Order in support of the Contracted AAR Services in support of United States Air Force (USAF), Air Combat Command (ACC) Resolute Hunter (RH) 23-2 (11 FH).
