Description
The US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), has a requirement for Overleaf Professional group account for Enterprise with a coverage period of 1 year (15 Aug 2023 � 14 Aug 2024) in support of the ERDC Information Technology Laboratory Information Science Knowledge Management (ISKM) Branch for support through editing and library services. ERDC intends to issue an award to Digital Science & Research Solutions Inc., 625 Massachusetts AVE FL 2, Cambridge, Massachusetts, 02139-3372, on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR Part 13. The ISKM branch currently utilizes the Overleaf software platform to accomplish civil and military writing and publishing missions.� The Overleaf software platform provides a collaborative environment for researchers and editors in real-time. These services will satisfy the ITL requirements by extending the capabilities of the currently deployed software. Overleaf software is the only software that can extend the currently deployed software and meet all the capability needs. The award will be issued in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). The NAICS code for this requirement is 511210 with a size standard of $41,500,000.00. This notice of intent is for information purposes only. This is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. A solicitation will not be issued; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The information submitted must be provided in sufficient detail to demonstrate the vendor's ability to fulfill this requirement. The contractor must also provide a description of their past experience in fulfilling requirements which are the same or similar to this requirement and references for each. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Interested parties may submit any information for consideration by the Government to David.G.Ammermann@usace.army.mil. The notice number shall be included in the subject line of e-mail submissions. Responses must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. CST on 6 July 2023.
