Description

NETAPP Hardware and Support This is a brand name justification to solicit for the acquisition of commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this announcement. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis for this requirement; and is issued for notification purposes only. The Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARFORSOC) intends to negotiate and award a brand name justification contract to purchase NETAPP Hardware and Support services. NETAPP maintains all copyright privileges for their products and support services. A brand name justification contract is deemed appropriate as no other items and/or vendor is able to satisfy the Government�s requirements. One (1) Purchase Order (PO) contract with Firm Fixed Price Contract Line Items is anticipated with a price breakdown sheet. Delivery location is Sneads Ferry, NC. The estimated award date is scheduled for 18 July 2023. Classification Data: NAICS Code: 423430 FSC Code: 7B22 SBA Applicability & Size Standard: 250 Size Standards in Number of Employees This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or an exception to the Government's intent to purchase on a brand name justification basis within three (3) days of this notice. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government is not responsible for any cost incurred for submissions in response to this notice.
