U.S. Government ~ Tax Exempt All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Jessica Davis at jessica.m.davis@navy.mil no later than 2:00�P.M EST 07/03/2023.� Please quote all or none.� Items must be brand new. Solicitation N00421-23-Q-0368�is issued as an intent to sole source.� The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with SCALABLE Network Technologie�for�Annual EXata License Renewal, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12, and FAR Part 13.� Offeror�s must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.� This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov.
