Description
The Wisconsin Air National Guard has a requirement for existing Local Telecommunication Services (LTS) that are currently provided on a low-speed time-division multiplexed (LSTDM) circuit with one provided using session initiation protocol (SIP) trunksin accordance with the attachedA.02.Performance Work Statement. For more information and the completedCombined Synopsis/Solicitation, see the attachedB.01.Combined Synopsis and Solicitation. Amendment 1 added June 13, 2023 to answer question: Question: Is current service is delivered over copper? Answer: Yes, it is delivered over copper. Amendment 2 added June 14, 2023: Attached ""Question and Answer"" file. Amendment 3 added June 26, 2023: Extended response date. Amendment 4 added June 29, 2023: Extended response date due to the following - Removed the following from the Performance Work Statement: LTS does not include long-distance or Defense Switching Network (DSN) services, which are beyond the scope of this action. See the revised PWS document A.02.Performance Work Statement Revised 20230628 which shows the removal of the statement in paragraph 1.2. This clarifies that this requirement includes replacement of both the current Local and Long Distance circuit with the new SIP circuit which provides both capabilities. The statement was supposed to convey that DSN would remain and the long distance circuit would not be replaced as a separate entity, but be part of the new SIP circuit. Additionally, the minutes for both local and local distance domestic calls must be unmetered / unlimited. Posted consolidated question and answer document ""Question and Answer - Consolidated as of 20230628"".
