Description

Request for Quote Number: FA461023Q_HOTLINE_WASH_IDIQ Contract Title: Hotline Insulator Washing Place of Performance: Vandenberg Space Force Base, California The Government reserves the right to cancel this Request for Quote (RFQ), either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this RFQ, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. This RFQ is for commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 561790, ""Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings,"" with a size standard of $9 million. Please see the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a description of the required services. Also see the attached RFQ document for quote submission instructions, estimated period of performance, applicable clauses and provisions, and other information pertaining to this acquisition. This contract will be Firm-Fixed Price per the Contract Line Item Number structure outlined in Attachment 2 - Pricing Schedule. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). Lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award. This acquisition will be awarded IAW with the evaluation factors in Section 5 of the Hotline Washing Solicitation document, upon satisfactory completion of the Seed Task Order (TO). For details of the Seed TO, see Attachment 5 - Work Request and Attachment 6 - Map. Any questions must be submitted to kristofer.clark@spaceforce.mil and kevin.pedraza.1@spaceforce.mil. Telephone and other means of oral communication will not be permitted. Questions pertaining to this solicitation are due no later than (NLT) 1:00 pm (Local) on Friday, 21 June 2023. Quotes are do NLT 1:00 pm (Local) on Monday, 10 July 2023.
