In line with the Mission�s prioritization of organizational development, USAID/Southern Africa is seeking to develop an initiative of interrelated organizational development services over the course of five years, including but not limited to organizational diagnostics, and design and facilitation of an annual three-day-long retreat with breakout sessions that results in clear action items for each office, and regular facilitated check-ins with each office. The centerpiece of the initiative will be annual Mission-wide and team-based retreats supported by pre-event organizational diagnostics over five years. The annual diagnostic will serve to inform the agenda and update the team on progress from previous organizational development activities.� USAID/SA would like to hold the annual multi-day organizational development retreat at the end of each year from 2023 � 2027.
