Winchester National Cemetery Grounds Maintenance Requirement -- S208 New Grounds Maintenance Contract for Winchester National Cemetery base plus 4 option years. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to provide complete grounds maintenance, interment services and Headstone maintenance (Construction) at Winchester National Cemetery at 401 National Ave Winchester, VA 22601. This amendment extends the response due date/time to 6/30/2023 5:00 PM EST.� A revised RFQ, revised SOW/Schedule and an amendment acknowledgement form are added.� Questions and Answers are also provided.
