Pricing shall include all costs necessary to accomplish the services in the statement of work (including but not limited to: overhead, general and administrative, profit, insurance, transportation, labor hours, equipment and supplies) The period of performance is� August 23, 2023 through August 25, 2023. Inspection and acceptance will occur at delivery location with each order in accordance with FAR Clause 52.212-4(a) Venue location must be within the Downtown Dallas Area � Zip Code 75201(preferably) (vi)������ Description of Requirement: The Animal and Plant Health Service (APHIS), Animal Care (AC) program is seeking assistance with the Audio and Visual (AV) needs at the upcoming Transportation Symposium on August 23, 2023, through August 25, 2023.� The symposium is being provided at the request of AC leadership to form a better working relationship through outreach with the transport community. The event will host up to 300 in-person attendees and up to 500 virtual attendees each day of the event. Scope of Work The contractor shall provide all the audio and visual equipment required to host the event over the course of three days.� The contractor will be responsible for set up, strike/tear down of all equipment and provide assistance during the event as needed. Equipment and Service. The contractor must provide the audio equipment and support services required to properly host the event in person and to be broadcasted to individuals attending the event virtually: Setup of all AV equipment on August 23, 2023 Strike/tear down of all AV equipment on August 25, 2023 Equipment Rental for the entire event: Screen Kits, Confidence Monitoring Package, PC Audio Package, Wireless Microphones with Receivers, Web Conference/Web Interface Package, Camera Package AV support, as needed/requested for the entire event (vii)����� Inspection and acceptance is in accordance with FAR Clause 52.212-4(a) For Invoice Processing and Payment.
