Description
The Regional Procurement Support Office at the US Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Instructional Design and Training Services for�US Consulate General Frankfurt, Germany The solicitation may result in the award of up to two (2) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for one Base Year and four Option Years. The Contractor shall provide instructional design and training services in support of the Regional Support Center at the U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt, Germany. Requirement is a multidiscipline effort that requires complete instructional design and training services for various functional areas focused on workplace learning with a culturally diverse pool of adult learners. The instructional design / development and training support services provided for staff across EUR include, but are not limited to: Training needs assessments (qualitative and quantitative research), tasks analyses, and instructional analyses Web-based training and simulations Instructor-led training curricula in virtual, blended, and in-person modes. Complete program or course learning packages, including: learning objectives, facilitator guides, visual and auditory learning aids, gamified learning aids, and dynamic learning content Video-based training and information programs Internet-and Intranet-based knowledge dissemination applications Training marketing and implementation plans Functional requirements analyses for learning management systems; and Training evaluation.
